If you are anything like me the start of the new year is a time that you look back at your goals and see how you want to move forward. You can call them resolutions, goals or whatever you want to call them, but it comes down to making choices. Now that we are about two weeks into the new year, I know for me, my excitement tends to decrease a little. Please tell me I am not alone on this one! Getting back to eating healthy snacks and less bread was in my health goals section (along with running a 5k by March!).
I thought this would be a great time to find some inspiring healthy snacks (and do a giveaway!) to mix things up a bit and help stay excited about those goals. Do you ever need someone to step in and give you some ideas? Well that is where I was at. So I asked a blogger friend of mine, Jordan, from Recipe or Not to partner up with me to bring you this post. I have to say all the pictures on her blog are gorgeous and makes me want to eat every single recipe! So beware! But she is hooking us up with some yummy healthy snacks.
And she is helping sponsor the awesome giveaway! Be sure to check it out below!
Lemon Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
Don’t all those photos just look amazing!? Jordan is a talented cook AND photographer! Now you have six new healthy snacks that you can pull out to help you stay on track! Jordan and I have something else to help you stay on track as well. Check out this awesome giveaway. One lucky winner will get a copy of “100 Days of Real Food Cookbook” by Lisa Leake. It is the best “cookbook” I have ever seen (you can check out my review to see all my thoughts on it)! The lucky winner will not only get the sweet cookbook, but they will also get two Tupperware bowls. Both of these thing will help you with your healthy snack planning!
Giveaway is now over!
Remember to go check out Jordan! Jordan is an enthusiastic foodie and food photographer. She creates, photographs, and shares her original recipes on her blog Recipe or Not. She recently moved from Oklahoma to Wisconsin with her husband, Will, and is getting settled into the Northern life.
