Often times when we think of the Love Language Acts of Service we often think of running errands. Well today I want to share a little video with ideas on how you can speak the Love Language of Acts of Service to your mate without running a single errand. Yes, please!

Some easy ways to speak Acts of Service that does not have to do with running errands.

Well ladies and gentlemen….here you have it- my first vlog post for True Agape! We did do a Google Hangout with Devin about being Christ like in marriage, and I have done a few videos with Ryan like when we announced our pregnancy last Christmas. But vlogging is still very new to me and a bit (ok who am I trying to fool- majorly) uncomfortable!

Ever since meeting Ryan he has encouraged me to document some things on film. Really I have wanted to, but it is a bit overwhelming to me. Ryan is well spoken (hinting him being a motivational speaker) and has a Youtube channel. He is use to being on camera. I however still need some practice! I won’t ever get better or more comfortable on camera if I don’t just do it more. So in 2015 my goal is to bring at least one blog post to you via a video.

Without further ado let’s get to the video of little known ways to speak Acts of Service!

Here are a few more ways you can speak Acts of Service without running errands…

  • Setting out his lunch or bag that he needs for the day
  • Sending him off with a small treat
  • Making a phone call for him
  • Cooking his favorite meal
  • Fluff his pillow
  • Go through the mail
  • Put his house shoes by the front door
  • Allow him to have some quiet time or workout time
  • If there is only one of something left let him have it
  • Warm his towel while he is in the shower

So there you have it- some tips on how to speak Acts of Service and my first vlog! Thank you for baring through it with me, but none the less I hope you got a few ideas that you can take away and implement today!

What are small Acts of Service you do for your guy?

Until Next Time- Truly Love,

Cassie

I try to do a lot of these things and also I make him breakfast in the morning and rent him movies I hear him say he wants to see and when I have to fly home to my parents for a few days I always leave a handwritten card.

Great video! I really enjoyed it and am so glad you put bloopers at the end. I always like those. 🙂 For me, it’s so easy to forget that small acts of service may seem small but speak a much bigger volume. And they don’t take much time at all! Thanks for the reminder and new ideas on ways to serve my hubby.
