Zucchini Fritter- Newlywed Recipe

Ingredients

1 zucchini, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup crumbled feta
4 tbsp plain flour
freshly grated black pepper
olive oil for frying

Zucchini Fritter

1. Grate 1 zucchini. This made ten fritters.

2. Add garlic, egg, feta, flour and pepper. Stir together.

3. Spoon into hot olive oil. Fry on each side for about 5 minutes.

4. Serve and enjoy!

      They are pretty yummy! I keep being surprised at all the flavors that zucchini can carry. Changes it up and tastes completely different!
