Marriage Resource

I love her honest about connecting after kids. I can totally relate to some of this!

Connecting After Kids

This is a really authentic post that made me feel like I am not alone in trying to figure out all the new dynamics after having a baby. I can’t say I could relate to everything she was saying, but some of it sound just like I was writing the post.

Family Resource

Simple ideas on how to get the kids involved with volunteering.

Ways to Volunteer with Kids

At the end of 2014 Ryan and I were talking about how we wanted to be givers. Not just of money, but of time. To volunteer places as we traveled and do things locally. A little voice in my head was asking how we could do that with little ones. This was a great resource to find this last month. Volunteering doesn’t have to be big to dos or complicated. Sure enough there are plenty of things to do with the little ones.

Fitness Resource

From flat butt to full butt in 30 days. Just what I need after pregnancy.

Flat to Full in 30 Days

Although I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight and I am gradually increasing my running miles I still feel like my body has a ways to go. Specifically my abs and butt. My abs are still a bit loose and my but is not nearly as round. I think it is just a part of pregnancy. So when I saw this workout with no weights I started doing the routine in the evening before bed. Today is my 16th day so I am halfway there. I can tell you it does give you a great little workout!  (I can not do the above pictured move without a TRX bar/strap so if you can props to you!)

And those are three things that I have had an impact on me this last month! Feel free to link up with us!

What was something that was your favorite this past month?

Until Next Time- Truly Love,

Cassie

Mia, I just have horrible balance for one. But even when I am consistant and get my balance better there is something about moving my hips backwards to be able to do the pistol squats that just doesn’t seem to work! haha.
