valentine

A short little note to let you all know I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day!

I am off to the gym this morning. Then, stopping at the fresh fish market. Since we don’t go out to eat much we decide new things to try. For this Valentine’s Day we are trying some sea food. Had to check to see what was okay for this pregnant lady to eat! I am craving shrimp for some reason. Strange really!

Yesterday, I prepared some of Ryan’s gift, but need to finish it up today!

Since this is a day to express love I just want to tell you how blessed I am to have each of you here reading this blog! I am extremely blessed to get to know some lovely ladies through blogging. I am so glad I get to talk with women who are wanting to better their marriage. Not only is this blog a resource for each of you, but it pushes me to learn each and every day as well. So thank you!

Have a wonderful, lovely, Valentine’s Day!

Until Next Time- Truly Love,

Cassie

      Pam,
We ended up getting crab cakes and lobster and crab bisque which we just had to heat up. Some spicy shrimp that we ate cold. Then, we cooked some sea bass. It was really good. Not fishy at all and had really good flavor. It is a really fatty fish so it is hard to over cook it. The guy at the market said it was a good one for new fish eaters/cookers. I do have to agree. However, it was $26.99 per pound! Just put in the oven until it reaches 145 degrees with a little salt and pepper on top.

It was all good and super easy to prepare! Granted it was much more expensive than a typical meal for us. But if you just chose one seafood item at a time it would be more doable!
