With Ryan and I both being endurance athletes, with me on a break as I am 38 weeks pregnant, we try to eat pretty healthy and as little of processed stuff as possible. With that fruits and veggies are a big part of our diet. Therefore, I sometimes try to make them a bit more intriguing. Today, I am going to share with you one way you can have a fruit filled 4th of July!

Bring this sweet fruit filled treat to your 4th of July get together. Healthy snacks can be fun too!

Cassie

I feel like it is a good way to get attention to the fruit brought to the party! Usually it just gets overlooked for all the other “goodies” there!
