Some of our most visited blog posts here are The Love Language posts that deal with Physical Touch. It is also the topic that I get the most questions and emails about. Most often it is one spouse saying they don’t feel like their mate understands their need for Physical Touch. Then, asking how do they encourage their mate to speak their Love Language of Physical Touch more often. The other case when people reach out is that their mate has expressed that they would like more Physical Touch and this person is trying to figure it all out. Maybe they have something in their past keeping them from touching in a loving way or maybe they translated what their mate said into “I want more sex.” (Which typically isn’t necessarily true if they are saying their Love Language is Physical Touch and they want more of it.) If the Love Language of Physical Touch is hard for you to do or you are wanting more of it from your mate check out this challenge! It has 3 levels so you can start where you feel comfortable.

With those types of messages coming in to my inbox I often found myself asking them questions on how comfortable they were with Physical Touch and then challenging them from there to do a week of more Physical Touch. With no expectations, but just to do the challenge.

Today I am sharing those challenges with you in case you are in the same boat as I mentioned above or you are just wanting to challenge yourself to include more touch in your relationship.
