Let’s face it we live in an extremely busy world! And as much as we try not to be overtaken by it we often are. We have great intentions of doing things that mean the most to us, but we still get drug into a hectic schedule throughout different seasons. For Ryan and I summer time, when it is race season, this happens the most.

It is important that no matter how busy and hectic our lives get that we take time to connect with our spouse! This allows us to rejuvenate, reenergize, check in with each other, but most importantly have a little fun together! Dates don’t have to be extravagant or even an outing. They can take place at home or in your own backyard. It’s just crucial that we make the effort to have that time together!
