One simple way to use Words of Affirmations is to write a note.
I was headed out the door to go to the gym. Ryan was still at home, but would be leaving before I got back.
Grabbed the notepad out of the drawer and wrote him a little note. Then, stuffed it where he keeps his phone and keys.
As simple as that you can use Words of Affirmation.
