Spruce Up These Healthy Snacks With Nature’s Path Granola

My family loves Nature’s Path so much I reached out to them asking if I could share about their products. They replied back with a “Go for it!” and sent me some granola and coupons so I could create this post to share with you!

Ryan eats granola every day for breakfast. He feels like it is a great choice for him to fuel his workouts throughout the day. But it is also important that what he eats isn’t full of junk. This is how we started our journey with Nature’s Path. We liked that their products are organic and non-GMO. As a bonus they are Fairtrade Certified too!

Granola, it's not only for hippies anymore. Read this blog article for several ideas to make healthy snacks with granola from Nature's Path. Snacks for the whole family to make and eat together.

What granola is good enough for Ryan to eat every morning? It’s Nature’s Path Chia Plus Coconut Chia Granola. Miss M now loves it too and has it for a snack almost daily. I am not much of a coconut fan, but I have come to enjoy the clean crisp taste this cereal has. In all honesty though, I will take something chocolate or peanut butter over anything else any day of the week. That’s why when my local store started carrying the Love Crunch- Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola I snatched it up!

You have to be careful with the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola. It is like a dessert. I could eat the whole bag in one sitting (and probably be sick!). Although, it says dark chocolate it is not too bitter. Ryan occasionally will eat it as well and he is not even a chocolate/peanut butter lover like me.

We eat these granola’s regularly in a bowl with milk poured over them. However, there are so many other ways to enjoy the goodness of these tastes. That’s why I am going to share with you how to spruce up some healthy snacks with Nature’s Path granola.

Add Granola To Apple Slices

Cut your apple slices thin so they can form a base. Sprinkle Coconut Chia Granola on top. An alternative would be to drizzle peanut butter on top and use the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola instead.

Add Granola To Frozen Bananas

Cut bananas into slices. Line plate with bananas. Place Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola on each piece of banana. Cover plate with saran wrap. Place plate in freezer. Pull out of freezer a few minutes before you want to enjoy.

Add Nature's Path Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola onto banana slices. Then put them in the freezer for a spruced up healthy snack.

Add Granola To A Smoothie

Make your smoothie as normal then sprinkle granola on top! This smoothie is a peanut butter banana smoothie. In a single serving blender add: 1 banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of Greek Vanilla yogurt. Fill rest of cup with Almond Milk. Blend until smooth. Top with Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola.

This healthy peanut butter banana smoothie is awesome when you add the crunch from Nature's Path Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola.

Add Granola To Frozen Yogurt Cups

This recipe was quick and easy, but made a delicious healthy dessert. Mix 1/2 cup of Coconut Chia Granola with honey until it all becomes sticky. Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners. This recipe made 6 for us. Put the granola mixture in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Use spoon to compress the granola down. Add a large spoon full of Greek Vanilla yogurt into each cup on top of the granola mixture. Chop frozen berries to add to top. Cover with saran wrap. Place in freezer. Remove a few minutes before wanting to enjoy. Beware these can give you a brain freeze as the yogurt stays super cold for a long time.

Make homemade frozen yogurt cups with the base being Nature's Path Coconut Chia Granola for a new twist.

When using Nature’s Path granola with healthy snacks it changes things up so we don’t get tired of the same ol’ things, but we also know that the snack is still healthy! Win/win in my book. Make sure to try out our favorite granola’s which are Chia Plus- Coconut Chia Granola and Love Crunch- Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter.

Nature's Path Granola is a great way to spruce up healthy snacks so you don't feel like your eating the same things.

What are other ways that you use granola to spruce up your healthy snacks?

Until Next Time- Truly Love,

Cassie

For this pregnant lady anything cold sounds better so I went for the frozen yogurt, but on top of regular yogurt is always good too!
