If your husband’s Love Language is Receiving Gifts it is important that we make an effort to give them gifts. Now remember gifts don’t have to be expensive. They can be simple and given even with a tight budget! Take this challenge to give your man a special gift once a month for the next year. I promise you that your hubby will feel more loved than before!
Month One- Create a handmade gift
Month Two- Choose something from nature
Month Three- Something he says he needs or wants
Month Four- Give the gift of your presence
Month Five- Make his favorite dish for dinner
Month Six- Choose a book, magazine or newspaper that he would like to read
Month Seven- A picture of the two of you
Month Eight- Deliver something that goes along with his hobby
Month Nine- An accessory for him- clothes, razor, cologne
Month Ten- Give him his favorite snack
Month Eleven- Wrap up a movie or music
Month Twelve- Choose a gift that represents an inside joke
The easiest way to be able to do this might be to make notes now of any ideas you have for each month. Then set a monthly reminder in your phone to buy/make/get and give the gift. Make a choice now to do this challenge! Set yourself up for success to complete the challenge!
You might be surprised at how much fun you have in planning this, but also how much your man will enjoy each of the gifts!
Which month are you looking the most forward to?
Until Next Time- Truly Love,
Cassie
