Baby Has Arrived!

Baby has arrived! Little Miss M is now here! She entered this world on July 5th at 5:06 pm weighing 8 pounds and 3 ounces and measuring 21.5 inches long.

I wanted to give just a quick update. But I will for sure be sharing the whole birth story later as I can! We have some great guests posts coming your way while I take some time to spend with my new little family.

Baby's Arrival

We arrived at the hospital July 4th at about 10:30 pm. My water broke at about 9pm and we headed there after getting our things together.

Baby's Arrival

Miss M was born July 5th at 5:06 after about a 19 hour labor. It was the biggest endurance event that I have ever done to say the least! But with Ryan’s support I managed to make it through the labor without any pain medication.

Baby's Arrival

There were several issues that came up during labor and delivery which made Miss M need to go to NICU. I only got to hold her for a short minute in the above picture before they took her away. Between her issues and my vitals being unstable I didn’t get to go see her until 8am the next morning. This is when I got to finally see her!

Baby's Arrival

Miss M had to stay in NICU for 48 hours. She did great! Then, we stayed one more night before arriving home yesterday, July 8th.  We had some very scary moments. We are so thankful for the amazing staff that helped make this end result such a beautiful one! We are so extremely blessed!

More details to our birth story to come later. Thank you for your prayers and support!

Until Next Time- Truly Love,

Cassie

Congratulations! Glad to know Mon and Baby are doing well. We had to do the NICU as well with one of ours, and it’s hard not getting to be with your little one right away. Enjoy your time together now!
