Now this recipe is not the healthiest thing. However, we eat fish twice a week and for a girl who use to not eat fish sometimes you got to do what you got to do! We don’t have this often, but on occasion it is put on the menu.

If you are looking for a weeknight dinner that is easy and a recipe your kids will love you will want to try this Tuna Mac N Cheese recipe. Make it once for dinner and eat the leftovers for lunch. Try this easy weeknight dinner soon!

Tuna Mac-N-Cheese

6-8oz of protein plus elbow noodles

10 oz of Velveeta (Approx.)

1/2 cup milk

2-10 oz cans of tuna

frozen bag of peas

1. Cook noodles as indicated on box. I always tend to cook a little too many- I always forget they expand!

Once noodles are cooked drain water.

2. Cut Velveeta into chunks.

3. Stir in milk and Velveeta until melted (more or less for desired taste).

4. Drain tuna. Stir into noodles.

5. Serve with peas.

Ryan enjoys stirring his peas into the noodles, but since I am not a big fan of peas we serve them to the side. Ryan has a side of mac-n- cheese with his peas and I have a side of peas with my mac-n-cheese!

Until Next Time- Truly Love,

Cassie
