I think I say this every time the topic of the 5 Love Languages come up, but I will say it again: you should know your spouses love language!
One of Ryan’s primary love languages is Words of Affirmations. Which means I am always trying to figure out new ways to show him love in that way, but also to change it up a bit. Today I thought I would share two of those ideas with you.
7 Days of Love
– Pill box
– Small goodies
-Strips of paper
Simply put a goody in each compartment with a note. Then, each day of the week they open it up and read it. A little love for each day!
I Love You Because… Frame
-Paper
On the paper in the frame put the words “I love you because…” then use it as a dry erase board to tell them why you love them. Put it somewhere they see it everyday and change it often!
The great thing about these two Words of Affirmations gift ideas is that they are very cheap or free if you have the stuff around the house! They are also simple to do. Tell your spouse that you love and appreciate them in a new way!

Aww I love both these ideas. The little pill box idea is so sweet and easy and the mirror frame is like free art!
They both are so simple, Pam, yet can make your man feel special. I already had everything for the projects laying around the house so it was super easy. But if you don’t I am sure a few dollars at a dollar store and you would be set!
