Hello, hello, hello! I told you we would be back in May and here it is the last week of May and WE ARE BACK! I am absolutely stoked about getting back on here and connecting with other newlyweds!

So let me give you the Cliff Notes version of why True Agape was put on hold and why it is now back in action!

THEN:

In November I was really working hard on being the best kindergarten teacher I could be. There were a lot of struggles taking place in my classroom. My evenings started to consist of researching strategies, talking to other teachers and just trying to relax with my husband before another day started. Therefore, Ryan and I decided my time needed to be dedicated to those things so we put True Agape on hold.

NOW:

I have been having an itch to get things back up and running for awhile, but I forced myself to wait until summer. It is May and summer time is upon us! We started the summer off with an annual weekend get away with my family. It was such a nice relaxing weekend and now I am ready to get some work done on things I have been putting off. Don’t you worry when school starts back up we will continue to have the blog active- I promise!

At Pivot Rock during our family weekend. We are SO strong!

I can promise that because when school starts back and all the little ones get back into the swing of things I will not be returning to teaching! That’s right I am no longer a teacher. As most of you know it is our goal for Ryan to become a professional in the triathlon world, but also to do inspirational speaking. With that being said it is time to really start focusing on that career path for us. I will be handling all of the business aspects of that endeavor!  🙂

It was a little sad to leave the kids and co-workers, but it is also a very exciting time as well! To think that we are continuing to take active steps towards our long term goal. That is the only way to make a dream and desire come to life!

So what have we been doing the past 6 months?… don’t you worry…our next post will be Cliff Notes version of what we have been up to!

With an ambitious heart,

~Cassie
